Early serial number 168. Receiver ring stamped "CARL GUSTAFS STADS GEVARSFAKTORI 1898" Walnut stock is in VG condition. Stock disc has red plastic/wax material with illegible (at least to me) stamping. Excellent metal finish (except band springs show wear). Matching stamped numbers on receiver, bolt body, bolt release, shroud, safety, cocking piece, floorplate, buttplate, nose cap, and stockband. Has Soderin diopter rear site, front insert type with post insert (set of additional front sight inserts included). Excellent bore and excellent mechanically.

Vintage Herter's 8 m/m Bullets

This is not loaded ammo, but a partial box containing 30+ Herter's 8 m/m, 236-grain, jacketed, round-nose hunting bullets. These are .323" diameter. The exposed lead tips have some minimal suface oxidation on them, but the bullets are otherwise in excellent condition. Original box is banged up and taped in spots.

$15.00 shipped to Lower 48 addresses.

Old Leather Sling for Mauser Carbine

Sling is about 56" long and 7/8" wide. No markings on leather or hardware that I can see. May be Norwegian, possibly German?

$30.00 shipped to Lower 48 addresses.

Scarce, Original 7.9x57m/m Ammo for the German GEW 88 "Commission Rifle

This is an original open-topped cardboard battle pack containing three clips of early loaded ammo for the GEW 88. It's really not legible in the bottom scan, but the package is embossed on both sides with the date "1890" under what looks to be the maker's name in old German type. I Think it reads "I. G. Köln."

Cartridge headstamps read: 3 12 S88 P

The cartridges appear to be in decent shape, but the clips have corroded.

The cardboard package is in good shape.

$90.00 shipped to Lower 48 addresses.

Machine Gun Ammo Frames (Clips)

These appear to be two vintage sheet metal ammo frames (or clips) for a machine gun. I believe them to be for French 8MM Lebel ammo for a WWI-vintage machine gun (perhaps a Hotchkiss?).

There are two of them, and they measure about 15-3/4" long by 2-1/2" wide; each is made to hold 24 rounds.

Both pieces are in good, serviceable condition. No markings that I can see. They look rusted/corroded in the image, but they're not. I can't tell whether or not they're tinned or galvanized, or sort of "Parkerized"-- but they have some sort of finish on them.

$15.00 (total for both) shipped to Lower 48 addresses.
